Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for HireReady24 credit purchases. It forms part of our Terms of Use and does not replace them.

What you are purchasing

HireReady24 is sold as one-time credit packs. There is no subscription, no free trial that converts into a paid plan, and no automatic renewal — you are only ever charged for a pack you choose to buy. Credits never expire. Creating your base CV is free, and regenerating a tailored CV does not consume an additional credit. One credit produces one tailored CV.

Unused credits

Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email hello@hireready24.com from the address associated with your account and tell us which purchase you would like refunded. We confirm by email once the refund has been issued.

Used credits

Because credits deliver digital content immediately, by purchasing and using a credit you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal for credits that have been used.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued through Polar, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method. The time it takes for the money to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
