What's a credit?
One credit tailors your CV to one job — including any regenerations of that version until you're happy. Building your base CV is always free and never costs a credit.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, so the ones you buy today are still there the next time you're job hunting.
Do I need a subscription?
No. There's no subscription and no recurring charge — you buy a pack of credits once and use them whenever you want.
Can I get a refund?
If a tailoring run fails, the credit is refunded automatically — you're never charged for a result you didn't get. For payment questions, our checkout provider (the merchant of record) handles receipts and refunds.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your CV and job details are used only to generate your own outputs. We don't use your content to train AI models, and nothing is exported or sent without your sign-off.
