Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HireReady24 (the "Service"), operated by Antonio Alves Neto, Ehrhartstrasse 47, 67141 Neuhofen, Germany ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

HireReady24 is an AI-assisted tool that helps you create and tailor your CV and related job-search materials from information you provide (your CV, job descriptions, and similar inputs). The Service coaches and assists based on what you supply; it does not source job listings or apply to jobs on your behalf.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide at sign-up (name, email, phone) and for keeping your account secure. Authentication is handled by our provider, Clerk; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Credits, packages and payment

The Service is used by purchasing credits, sold in one-time packages:

  • Starter — $5.99 — 5 credits
  • Standard — $8.99 — 10 credits
  • Pro — $14.99 — 20 credits

Key terms:

  • One credit = one tailored CV for a specific job. Creating your base CV is free, and regenerating a tailored CV within the same job does not use an additional credit.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT; the price displayed is the amount you pay.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars; buyers in some regions are presented and charged an equivalent amount in their local currency, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount you are charged.
  • Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for your purchase. Polar handles billing, tax, and receipts; your card details are provided to Polar and are not stored on our servers. Polar's terms also apply to the transaction.
  • A first-time verified account receives a limited free trial (a free base CV and one free tailored CV). Free credits have no cash value.

4. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Because credits deliver digital content immediately, by purchasing and using a credit you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal for credits that have been used. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@hireready24.com. Refunds are issued through Polar. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

5. Your content and licence

You retain ownership of the content you provide (your CV, job descriptions, and generated documents). You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transform that content solely to provide the Service to you (including sending it to our AI provider to generate outputs). You are responsible for having the right to submit the content you provide.

6. AI outputs — important disclaimer

The Service uses AI to generate and tailor text. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and are suggestions only. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any outcome. Review and verify all outputs before using them, and ensure they accurately represent you. You are solely responsible for the materials you submit to employers.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; submit content that is false, infringing, or that you have no right to use; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or resell or abuse the Service (including creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits).

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Purchased, unused credits at the time we terminate an account without cause will be refunded where required by law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and the courts of Germany have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights (and the courts available to you) in your country of residence.
